"wear-able" is a playful collaboration that mixes textile with dance and audio art. In an attempt to question the concept of fashion, the artwork examines the border between utility- and symbolic value. In the center of this performance is the action of the human body. Through a pulsating shift between wearable and useless the clothes bit by bit looses its original form, thus turning into garbage (or art). This leaves the textile, de-contextualized, and stripped from its primary purpose.
